Complaints – At Grand Avenue Dental Practice we try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. However if you feel that we have not considered your needs to the level you would expect, or you have any other matter of concern you wish to raise, then please tell us. Comments – If your concern is not of an urgent nature, or you just wish to give us some feed back, comment cards can be found in each of the waiting areas and on reception, which you can fill in and place in the post box located in the porch whilst you are visiting us.
